Filled out the "preference" survey...colors, cuts, fit, etc. Several pages of what I like and didn't like. Then I put my CC info in and it said my style was all set. But it routed me to a "stream" page and said I should request/decline a minimum of 20 items. I assumed I had to do this for my style. The page just kept loading and loading and loading. I had no idea what was happening. So I just closed the window.

Later that night I got an email saying "we don't want you to miss your style. Go complete your cart." Again, the next day, a similar email saying my cart was waiting for me. I was confused bc they had already taken my CC info and said I was set. And when I logged into my account, I couldn't find anything. I chatted with support and they said it was all an error and everything looked good.

Three days later, I got an email saying "sorry you cancelled your order". I again reached out to support. After review, they said they cancelled it on their end bc they couldn't verify my phone number number. I had them close my account completely.

That was the 22nd...on the 24th I got yet another email saying "we are still waiting to hear from you so we are just going to close this ticket".

Absolute joke. Signing up was a huge hassle. Email campaigns and auto messages were a hassle. Even cancelling was a hassle.

Terrible user experience. Horrible web design and navigation. Dumb names for their stuff... "Style" and "stream" mean nothing to most people. Over 0 stars. Absolutely terrible..

Terrible all the way around

None. They cancelled the order after all of the back and forth bc they couldn't verify if my phone was a landline or mobile number
