Everything about this shopping experience was great and I am so happy with my purchase of two pieces of jewelry. Nice pieces for a reasonable price!
Received a catalog in the mail
They were what I wanted for a decent price
I placed an order online yesterday and chose to pay an extra $11.99 for same-day delivery, when it didn't show up I called today and they're trying to tell me that I placed my order after 1 PM, I said I have an email that's timestamped 12:27 PM from GNC and that's before 1 PM. He stated Sunday isn't a business day so then I should not have been able to check same-day delivery. I called back now to find out where my order is because it was shipped by Shipt and David hung up on me. This is my second experience with GNC customer service, worst customer service I have ever dealt with. GNC stores are great.

Go to the actual store, don’t order online from them
