HORRIBLE COMPANY! I AM AN ELDERLY, DISABLED HOMEBOUND WOMAN FACING SHUT OFF NEXT WEEK, AND IT IS 100% THE FAULT OF LIBERTY ELECTRIC. THEIR EMPLOYEES DO NOTHING BUT LIE!
I had a credit placed on my account in March. A portion of it went towards my water. The rest was supposed to go toward my electric. I haven't paid my electric bill because the usage hasn't cost more than the credit for my account. Now I'm facing a shut-off. Why? Because after countless emails, countless phone calls, countless web contacts, and them telling me that they're going to apply the credit to my account, they still haven't done it. Nine months of them lying continually. All they have to do is apply their credit to my account. They won't do it, and now I'm facing shutting off. I can't make them do it. I don't have hundreds of dollars more to give them, but I don't even owe them. They've been charging me late fees based on every month that I didn't pay because they told me they credited my account, but they haven't credited it to my account. So I got a shut-off notice for hundreds of dollars, even though on my last bill I only owed $25. I paid it, and I was paid in full. Now, I owe them hundreds of dollars. So I called them to find out what was going on because I'm assuming they've done what they've told me they were going to do. I had to threaten to call the Public Service Commission a few months ago to get them to credit my account. They assured me that it had been done. Now I get this shut-off notice. So I called them back. She said she was trying to explain it to me, but she wasn't explaining it to me. It is very simple. I had a credit. They were supposed to credit it to the account. They did not do it. She's trying to explain to me why I owe them hundreds of dollars. So I asked to speak to someone else. Some woman named Dina got on the phone. She assured me it was taken care of without problem. The back bill was taken care of. The credit was applied to my account. The new credit was applied to my current bill. And I still had in excess of $175 in credit on the account. Not a problem in the world. More lies. None of it was done. Nothing's been credited to my account. Not the first credit. Not the second credit. The bill for shutting me off wasn't cleared up. The late fees they're charging me erroneously haven't been fixed. My current bill hasn't been paid. Nothing. They've done nothing but lie to me for nine months. I'm going to end up shut off because these people can't do what they're supposed to do, won't do what they're supposed to do, and I can't get them to do it. I'm helpless. They don't care. They're disgusting. I'm calling the Public Service Commission, and if they shut me off, I'm going to sue them. They are incompetent liars who are going to put my life at risk by shutting off my power, and it's all their fault, and I don't even know him any money; they owe me money! Disgusting company. Disgusting employees. Disgusting practices. Deceitful. Incompetent. Lazy. Unintelligent. Devoid of any humanity. Despicable.

I've contacted FedEx repeatedly about this. It's very simple. Deliver packages to the back door. The driver refuses to do it. FedEx refuses to make their driver follow instructions.

I blocked the stairs to the front porch so we can't get up the stairs. He just throws the packages over the blockade. I left a note telling them don't deliver to the front porch. Delivers to the front porch anyways. I've added to the label in the section where my name goes and where the apartment goes all deliveries must go to the back door. He refuses to do it. They all tell me when I call and talk to them on the telephone I will get this right over to the plant and they'll take right care of it Spirit every single package so far this week still got one left tomorrow has been delivered to the front porch because he's lazy or maybe he's just stupid I don't know. I don't care. I'm not going to do business with anybody who ships through FedEx because the driver can't follow instructions and they don't care.

.Don't even mess with this company. They're crooks. We got off at work at 8:00 in the morning and ordered dinner before bed. Part of that dinner was two small ice creams. We're both allergic to cherries. We specifically stated not to place cherries into the food. I took screenshots of that request. They put cherries in the food anyway. I was tired after having worked a double shift at the hospital and wanted to go to bed. I decided that I would deal with Doordash when I woke up. I contacted them and I told them I specifically asked them not to put cherries on them. They put cherries on the ice cream anyway. Doordash refused to refund our money. We had to pay $10 for ice cream that we could not eat despite having specifically told them not to put allergens on our food. When speaking to Doordash they wanted proof that we requested no cherries. I said you're not able to access our order where it says no cherries? She said she wasn't. So I showed her a screenshot. Then they wanted pictures of the ice cream. Pictures of ice cream. Pictures of ice cream we ordered at 8 in the morning and at the time I was speaking to this person it was roughly 1:15 in the afternoon. They would not give us a refund because we didn't have pictures of ice cream that we ordered five and a half hours earlier. They refuse to give us our money back. We told him if you don't give us our money back we're going to do a charge back on our credit card. They finally did give us the money back for food we were never able to eat and specifically requested that they not place allergens. Doordash banned our account and we're not allowed to use them anymore all because we were insistent they not steal money from us for services they did not render. The services was delivered food without allergens in it. They did not do that they expected to not have to refund us for food that we couldn't eat.
Either you allow DoorDash to steal your money or you can't use their service. These people are disgusting. They are. Crooks

I would like to preface this review by telling you I tried to post it on the Frigidaire website. They rejected the review and in the rejection they included a list of all the reasons that they rejected you. I didn't do one thing on that list but they rejected the review anyways. It's obvious why. They're thieves. They're liars. They're scammers. They don't care who you are they are going to rip you off and they don't care who you report them to.

Don't buy anything from them. They will send you garbage products and they will not stand behind them. 28 emails. 28 emails. Trying to get them to send me the product because they sent me a garbage product. First they told me that they couldn't help me until I gave them my name my address my telephone number etc. All the stuff that they can sell for profit. So I gave them all that then they demanded the serial number off of the air conditioner. I gave them that. Then they said okay thank you. All done. They weren't going to help me at all they just want it all my information because they can sell it for profit. L. Well I wasn't having that. I want a working air conditioner that's what I paid for. I want one. For the last 27 emails every single email they have to sent they demand this form this, form this form, this form, this form, this form. I have sent them every single thing they have asked for five times. A couple of things like the serial tag I've now sent them seven times. Every single email when I ask him what's going on you have to send us this form. I tell him I already sent it to you. It's one long email thread all the attachments are right in the email thread you can see them as soon as the email gets to your inbox. All they keep saying if you're not going to fulfill our request we're not going to send you an air conditioner this is the process. There is no way to make these people understand I've sent them to them over and over and over again. Then a creative liar with the company said "you sent us the form with an erasure on it and we can't accept anything with an erasure" What a stupid lie. I filled the form out digitally. There is no erasure. I only needed to sign it and date it. I signed it I dated it. There's nothing to erase there's no erasure. So they started in with that you have to send us the form X again. You have to send us back form. IT'S RIGHT IN THE EMAIL THREAD YOU LIARS! They just keep sending me emails telling me I have to send them the documents they request. THEYRE ALL ATTACHED TO THE EMAIL THREAD YOU SCAMMERS! I keep telling them I sent them to you I've sent them to you I sent them to you. I send them the documents they tell me I didn't send the documents. I filed with the Better Business Bureau. I filed with the Federal Trade Commission. I filed with my State's Attorney General because this is a scam and anybody who reads the email thread can see that. They don't care. They just keep right on lying and they just keep right on playing games. They're disgusting. So I called an attorney. That's the only way you're going to get anything out of these disgusting scammers. Don't buy anything from them. They produce garbage and this is the kind of games they play. They're not worth it. If you want to give money away give it to me I'm an elderly, disabled, indigent veteran who can't afford to be ripped off the way this company is ripping me off. Disgusting.

Products used:
I spent all my money on their product and they won't replace it so I have spent the entire summer in over 100° heat up to 110° heat for over a week with no air conditioner because their thieves it will not replace a product that was defective out of the box. I have health conditions. I'm elderly. I'm disabled. I'm a veteran. They don't care. They're disgusting.
