OneCom have been consistently supportive with our phone accounts for many years but there was no better a time to test relationship than during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are two things we could not live without during the lockdown 1) support from our bank 2) support from our phone company. The banks failed miserably on every level but Onecom always came though.
