Jeff Bezos has done a good job of creating a company full of damaged, cheap crap mostly from China. The customer service is better than the products and most of the time it's trash too. It hasn't always been so bad but now you're lucky to get something on time, in great condition that looks like it's original photo and description. And if it needs a return good luck getting a full refund or any return without first spending over an hour on chat or phone with robots and comatose reps. Even the "leadership team" wouldn't know a leader if it kicked them in the butt. Used to use it occasionally but after a move where a digital piano, turntable stand and dresser arrived missing pieces or broken, and a sofa never arrived after two and a half months, I am just... done. Hasty la vista baby!
