I ordered on May 20 after they reached out to me about their ambassador program. Though I knew their shipping policy said 7-22 days, I hadn't received any updates at all so on June 1 I DMd them. They asked for my order number and I responded with it LITERALLY ONE MINUTE later. And was then ignored for over two days while they continued to post on their stories and page. This is when I became upset because when you're going to run your business using Instagram as your primary platform, you need to answer your customers. Being they weren't answering my DMs, I went to their website to find other ways to contact them. There I found a live chat option. I began to type my experience on being ignored on their Instagram page, expressed how it made me leery, and asked for an order cancellation and refund. They claimed they'd already sent it and could not refund it per their policy. Okay, fair. Except I never received an email updating me when my order shipped like the confirmation email says you're supposed to receive. This is where things got tense. They claimed they were having technical difficulties and the emails were delayed. However I contacted other ambassadors who were also told (on different dates) that everything was delayed. Sketchy right? I took over 20 minutes for an email to be sent to me, about the time it'd take to construct a fake one... I continued to ask for a refund because at this point, I knew dealing with MacryDog wouldn't be pleasant, and I was blocked from the website chat. So it was back to DMs. I watched their activity status and would message and video chat every time it was active. They finally answered with some of the worst customer service I've ever endured or heard of. I was cussed at and lied to when they said they'd provide a full refund. Technical difficulties so "you can wait til tomorrow". Well, it's June 14, no refund, been blocked from commenting on their posts, messages ignored since last Monday, their website chat was removed so no one can live chat anymore, all Facebook reviews were removed and so was the option to even leave a review (not ones for constructive criticism), they no longer have their activity status on Instagram, and they blocked my personal account. I did receive one item that I ordered, but I ordered two. Why they ship separately, I don't know, but I've spoke with several people who ordered more than one item well before I placed my own order and also have only received one item. What I do know is that I received a dirty and used item, probably because they were mad at me. And that my emails to customer support about a refund request for my semi damaged item was and is being completely ignored - per their refund policy, you are entitled to a full refund if your item is receive damaged or not as described. They are NOT living up to their own policies. All of this is very scam like behavior and therefore I will NOT recommend them to anybody and will confidently proclaim them a scam. In the photos provided, I've collected MacryDog pricing and compared to items on Amazon. These prove that MacryDog does not produce any of their own products and that they sell all their products for way more than they're worth.

I ordered a matching sweater with my dog and the order never came in. I sent an email about it...
