AAFES is Desperate to Sell since they are now allowing Vets and Civil Servants to Purchase.
Used to be Active and retired military only.
Active and retired military know AAFES has limited inventory and average pricing. Sales are sporadic and short lived. So many times Amazon or other retailers have better prices and larger inventories.
No like it used to be and so sad that AAFES and Navy Exchange have gone down hill to this degree.
Tip for consumers: Do your homework before you buy from AAFES or the Navy Exchange.
Products used: Shoes and womens purses we kept. Prices were average as compared to other retailers.
