If you want to do anything but order exactly what you did before, forget it. Their site isn't helpful, and even though they have a 1-800 number, they never allow you to talk to a person. You are in a forever automated loop, then they drop the call.
None of your coupons work and you say they don't apply even though you don't say anything about the coupons or what is excluded! I'm spending a lot of money and you won't even honor a coupon. Not a good experience at all.
Only because my sister wanted this specific product. I won't shop with you again.
The shirt I ordered is too small. There were no instructions in the box, and none online for how to return it. I contacted the company, and they wouldn't give an information on how to return it. I have emailed several times after that and haven't receive any responses. They say they will take returns, but they clearly do not.
