OKCupid is absolutely decrepit. It does not work properly! When I do a search for "Hookups only" on the OKCupid app on my phone, not a single profile of a person who is trying to hook up shows up. When I use it on my PC, the results are entirely different, and I come across plenty of profiles of people looking for a hookup. This makes absolutely no sense! The site/app are either poorly written, poorly maintained, or both. They even charged me $7.99 just so I can see who likes me, which is totally ridiculous! :(
I wanted to upgrade to Premium, but just temporarily, as I'm on a budget, so I chose the $0.79 option. They then automatically deducted $40 from my account without my permission! This is theft!
