I love everything I've ever purchased from Adore me. I do find that the bras run big. However, the shipping, which used to be quick, is awful. It took 5 days for my order just to process. Then it took another 2 days to get tracking information. Now, it's saying that my package hasn't been received by UPS yet. This was for an important occasion. If there are shipping delays, the prices should be lowered and customers should get a warning before placing their orders.

We are very sorry that your order is taking too long to be delivered. We do understand your inconvenience and we apologize for this issue. Indeed, delays are highly regrettable, especially since this is not the kind of service that we aim for.
However, please note that we only provide an estimated delivery date for orders. Even though we do our best to ensure that we provide 1-2 business day processing time and 3 to 7 business day delivery, there are isolated occurrences when despite our best efforts, orders can be delayed due to external factors beyond our control.
