Can I give NO STARS? This is a scam company! I ordered something and paid shipping. It never arrived. I told them it never arrived. Now they are telling me I should have got a refund within 30 days... How can I return something that didn't arrive? They have my money and I have nothing! Shameful! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The KING SIZED COVER duvet that was supposed to fit a KING SIZED duvet doesn't fit! I spent almost $200 Canadian on it. While the quality of the cotton is lovely, when I asked to return it (because it didn't fit) I was told "any item purchased by error or ignorance are exempt from being returned or refunded." Very rude to speak to a customer like that. They ended up refunding me 20% which is better than nothing. But I had to cut up the sheet that came with it to make the cover larger to fit a normal sized king duvet.
