Bought a "new" keyboard for my dell laptop and was very careful to ask for the correct item and part number. But when I recieved the item it was a different item number and did not work with my laptop. I live in Albuquerque, NM and went directly to the address of 'notesupply.com' and found a guy making up shipping orders. Told him what happened and asked if he could swap out my worn item for the correct one and was told no I would have to return the item thru the mail and reorder the correct item. When I attempted to do that found out that the item was only returnable for 7 days and and good for a store credit. At least it was only $15 bucks.
