Bought a "new" keyboard for my dell laptop and was very careful to ask for the correct item and part number. But when I recieved the item it was a different item number and did not work with my laptop. I live in Albuquerque, NM and went directly to the address of 'notesupply.com' and found a guy making up shipping orders. Told him what happened and asked if he could swap out my worn item for the correct one and was told no I would have to return the item thru the mail and reorder the correct item. When I attempted to do that found out that the item was only returnable for 7 days and and good for a store credit. At least it was only $15 bucks.
! SCAM!
Do not trust their 3 months warranty! First they say sorry we are out of stock but you can BUY a new one from another site. Then they say sorry actually the warranty was only 2 months. And finally I got "sorry the item you sent back was in bad condition".
They cheat on everything to avoid the replacement.
Damn scammers.
Was as described, received promptly in good condition, worked well.
Ordered macbook screen, promised arrival within a week, waited two, heard nothing. Emailed them, they said wait more, I said ok. Still didn't arrive, emailed them, they offered refund. Only good thing was that they actually paid it.
Very bad communication. No tracking numbers for orders. Complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Their written e-mails are barely understandable. Should I go on?
Bunch of scammers. Located in China, but pretend to be in New Mexico. You pay them, you wait, you receive scrap metal. Avoid.
