Extremely short-staffed. However, the intake person was slow needed more help, was cranky, and somewhat rude! You sign up for a 6-hour rental, get out an hour later, and still only get 6 hours, you need a speedier check-in process, which I thought I did online, hell to rent a car at the airport take less time, and your fees are out of line in my opinion.

Bought a new a/c system end of 2021 one of the better units and it was expensive. There have been constant problems with "drain clogs". This is apparently a well known problem in any state with hot and humid weather, and the company is well aware of this problem. I bought this a/c unit because it was the one I had before with 15 years of no issues, the company had obviously made so changes to the system that has proven to be bad change. This problem is also not covered under warranty, so if you cannot fix it yourself, there is a $150 charge to come out and clean the system. It requires you as the customer who just spend 20K to add a drain cleaner about every 6 weeks or use a shop vac and suck out the drain. They have not responded to this problem, but keep saying they will. I do have supporting papers.

Warranty on Platinum Edition Replacement Salt Cell 5 years. I had not used this till this weekend due to the amount of time to get it and it was a replacement. Well, it leaks right out of the seam, which is where I believe the last one leaked from. I have also heard from other people about these issues with this product. Why are you still selling defective products? I still have the original box and packing it was sent to me in, with no damage on my part. I now want it replaced, but prefer a refund due to this being the second time. I see you are no longer on FB?
