Flied from Singapore to Dubai, everything was smooth. I called Emirates a few times to ask questions and they were attentive and helpful.

The price was too high though, and even if their service is pretty good, it was not very value for money.

I ordered from Souq 3 times.
-Ordered a small table, it arrived intact and on time. Quality was as promised.
-Ordered a pair of headphones and a pair of shoes. Shoes turned out to be too large.
Returned and received refund within a week. (Courier Q-express)
-Ordered two pairs of shoes. Again, arrived intact and on time.

So far everything worked out. If you have ordered from Souq and now questioning your life choices, don't despair just yet! Remember that, the thousands of folks who got their order without problems, they don't leave reviews. Only the disappointed folks voice their problems, but they are very much the minority.

So I hope you fall into my category, the satisfied folks, and I pray that I myself will never be the unfortunate person.
