From Lazada Thailand which I order during thecovid19 outbreak. I have been contacting them thru Lazada's app, I need my money back and need to know the reason why the courier sent my orders to a man I do not know.

They said they are still not return my money 440
Less than 16USD. I have the one of consumer that lazada Thailand cheated.
Is this a faire business?
