I ordered a battery box for a mobility scooter... I was told it was out of stock... though the website still says they have them... said it would be 6 weeks before they could get one. L asked for a refund to my bank... they said they would try to find one to overnight to me... even sent me a tracking #... never shipped the part... said they would take one off a scooter they had in stock... now there's a problem with that box... I continue to ask for a refund so I can order on elsewhere. But I keep getting s run around... they are holding my money till the 6 was is up... in the mean time my mom has no scooter.
