“They want $9.99 for a return label for a item that is not close to an XL”

I will never order from Fanatics again. I order 3 items and they want $9.99 for a return item on a Bills dress that doesn't fit. I bought an XL and the item runs small.

Hello Cheryl, thank you for your feedback! I am very that the didn't work out. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. I have waived the return fee and email you a return label. You can print out the label and attach it to the package. The package can be dropped off at any local post office or FedEx store. It can take up to 10 business days to receive and process.
