I ordered a sweatshirt for my wife and paid an additional $10.95 for delivery in 10 days. 18 days later I received a t-shirt in a package labeled SWeatshirt that did not say what I ordered. When I tracked the package, I discovered they took 6 days to fill the order. Perhaps it took 6 days for the order to arrive from China and perhaps the Chinese consider a long-sleeve t-shirt a sweatshirt.

This Company Lacks Veracity and Courtesy

This site
* renames the styles of products sold by other companies,
* enhances the product specifications and descriptions,
* resells their products at an inflated prices,
* does not deliver purchases when promised,
* and then curses you for wanting return a product because of its misleading description.

Case in point, a mattress selling for $565 on another site and that ranked #21 on my search list was renamed and redescribed on themattressexpert.com's site so it appeared to be a completely different product and that ranked at the top of my search, but for $900. Two weeks after their promised delivery date I received what appeared to be the wrong product. I called the site and its manager said I received the correct product, then cursed and called me foul names for claiming this was not what I ordered.

After the manager's profane insults I called the manufacturer to verify themattressexpert.com's description their product. The manufacturer did not validate the description.

Save your money, save yourself the aggravation of late deliveries and incorrect product information. Avoid this company. They are deception experts.

I paid for 2 day shipping in the early AM, but when I got the box I found they'd shipped in the late PM 4 days after my order using 3 day shipping.

They lied to me when I called on the third & fourth days asking where the package was by telling me they'd shipped it late. But their FEDEX shipping label proved they shipped the day after I called to complain.

Then they charged me for refusing delivery. F-THEM.
