This Company Lacks Veracity and Courtesy This site * renames the styles of products sold by other companies, * enhances the product specifications and descriptions, * resells their products at an inflated prices, * does not deliver purchases when promised, * and then curses you for wanting return a product because of its misleading description. Case in point, a mattress selling for $565 on another site and that ranked #21 on my search list was renamed and redescribed on themattressexpert.com's site so it appeared to be a completely different product and that ranked at the top of my search, but for $900. Two weeks after their promised delivery date I received what appeared to be the wrong product. I called the site and its manager said I received the correct product, then cursed and called me foul names for claiming this was not what I ordered. After the manager's profane insults I called the manufacturer to verify themattressexpert.com's description their product. The manufacturer did not validate the description. Save your money, save yourself the aggravation of late deliveries and incorrect product information. Avoid this company. They are deception experts.
