He/she ask me to wait 24-48hours for the answer because he/she also don't where is my parcel now. After the day, the driver called me, he said that he already outside my home, the time he called me I'm not at home, I feel very funny why you don't call me earlier to make sure that whether I am at home or not? Then, he just leave my things outside the door! I just want to ask where is his responsibility!? The main thing is I order 2 items you just sent me one item... The worst online shop... Just once... I won't use this apps again...
