I adore red dress and do 90% of my shopping there. I've never had a single problem and all orders come timely and accurately. The only concern is that the sizing is off. I've never been a large in my life and yet I always have to order large dresses to ensure they fit.

I have never in my entire life dealt with such a misleading and manipulative company. Im looking at my receipt that I placed when I ordered my contacts and it says theres a $7.95 shipping fee. Ok, fairly normal, right? Well I get my contacts today and I look at this receipt and it shows a $37 handling charge. Plus the $8 shipping charge! So these what seemed to be cheap contact lenses do not turn out to be so great afterall.

Since their website says that there is a full refund policy I say fine just refund me everything and Ill send it all back. Well after asking about 3 times (they talk over you and say just the right thing to confuse you about whether youre getting a FULL refund or just a full product refund (sneaky)) theyre still going to keep the $45 and refuse to make it right one way or another whether it be refunding just the handling charges that were not on my original receipt or refunding everything for a return. But no they say they absolutely will not and that enough people are happy that it doesnt matter if some people are not unhappy.

Samantha who most definitely is not really named Samantha, was probably the most vile human being Ive ever spoken to and I live in South Florida, so lets just say thats pretty bad. After complaining about the $45 shipping and handling fee, she said she would be more than happy to send me a revised receipt with the one penny handling charge and raise the price of the contacts. I just could not believe my ears at this point and had to get off the phone. I have never in my entire life, and I am an attorney who practices in consumer law and deals with slime ball companies all day long, dealt with anything even remotely close to this.

I never thought Id consuder suing someone over $45, but they cant keep getting away with this.

I really loved my summer box, and their customer service was extremely kind and curteous. They solved my problem right away and jet me keep the extra box they sent by mistake.

So I eventually, 7 weeks later, got dresses. I ordered 8,7 are completely un-wearable. The cutouts are over the nipples, so thats just wonderful! Im sure the dress will be a hit, but I can obviously never wear it. The fabric is awful, they look NOTHING like the pictures, and they are so short and ill fitting you cannot even wear them. Such terrible customer service, gross ugly clothes, and nothing but a scam. The pictures look nothing like the items.
