I have hesitated to place this order (my third from eShakti) because my second order was not at all as I expected, and a month after getting confirmation of the remake request, I have not received the remade item or had any updates from eShakti. However, I am conscious that a lot of people are currently trying to reduce reliance on fast fashion, meaning that services like eShakti are experiencing high demand.
In terms of shopping experience, everything before checkout is very intuitive, so no complaints there - and my first order was perfect first time. I hope that issues with delivery time and communication can be resolved soon.
Despite my last order not being at all suitable for wearing at work, I still need work tops. I decided to take a chance on ordering from eShakti again instead of making my own, because I received a $25 voucher due to delays on my last order and there is currently a very good sale on.
You offer a great service (and product) at an affordable price. To get to 5 stars, I would want more colour options on certain products - particularly those that are only offered in black. Your vibrant red and forest green colours are are always office-appropriate and likely sell well enough to justify offering them more widely - so if it's possible to offer them on products that are only available as solid black, that would be a great start.
Customisation. I’m too curvy for most off-the-shelf clothing to be flattering on me.
