Never shop from them again. Horrible service and unable to return! They won't do what they promise and what it said on the return policy. Please avoid!

The staff, Sammy from China, who works at uptown branch in Victoria. She is very rude and impolite. She is very unhelpful and unfriendly. The worst customer service I ever met.
