I had purchased a few sets of furnitures on 07/10/21 at their store in CONCORD, CA. A dining table, 4 barstool, 1 bench, 1 coffe table, 1 couch and 1 love seat. And paid it in with my debit card. It was delivered on 7/25/21. My brother was the on who recieved the items. He never bothered to check the furnitures, since it is brand new and will be in good condition. As i got home i checked the units myself. Finding that most of the furnitures were damaged and was not properly installed. I had called the number and reported it within 2 hours after the delivery. And was asked to take pictures of the items. Also, was told that they'll send me an email the next day, w/c they did. They were asking again for 360 degree picture of the items. I called their number again, and mentioned that i had sent pictures already. And they told me thatbthey will get back to me after a couple of days. But they never did. So, i went to their store, spoke to one of the managers and complained about it. I asked for a replacement, but was told to wait for a few days. And call them after. But when i called they didn't answer, so i went to their store again. Finding that the store manager i spoke to was no longer working there anymore. Instead i spoke to a different manager. Again, i was told to wait for a few days and call them back. Also called their costumer service number for an update. Only to be told that i should've reported the issue within 24 hrs, w/c i did.the so, i insisted it to them. And mentioned for it to be returned and be replaced. That is when i was told about "NO RETURN STORE POLICY". I was out on hold for a long time, passed around. Retelling the issue, put on hold multiple times and being hanged up on the end. Again going back to the store and was told that they have to send someone to check the condition of the furnitures and decide after. In had mentioned to them that inwant it replaced due to improper installation and damages. Because we don't want to use it. Due to not being installed properly, it might break. But was told that i have to wait for 3 weeks or so, to have someone come and inspect the furnitures. At that moment i was so upset, disappointed and frustrated. Causing me stress, time money and my vacation wasted. Waiting for them to resolve the issue. So, i told them that i want to return the furnitures and my money back. And again was told about the "NO RETURN STORE POLICY, that they have by one of the managers. I had been on their store multiple times. And was avoided by the managers. They were walking away, hiding, pretending that they were on a phone call just to avoid dealing with me. So, i end up waiting for their employee to check the condition of the items in the end. Then their employee came on 08/26/21 and spoke to him on the phone. I mentioned that i do not want the items replaced. I wanted it returned and my money back. I ws told told that he will put it on his report and left my house with iut leaving any paper works. And mentioned that they will get back to me with the result of his inspection. Which has not happened. As of this moment i wanted to return all of their furnitures back and be refunded.

Tip for consumers:
expect long delivery delays, damaged furnitures, improper installation, employee avoidance when complaining and "NO RETURN STORE POLICY"
