Customer service is in a foreign country. They had no idea what i was talking about and they HUNG UP ON ME.
THIS IS A SCAM. If you are trying to change your DMV driver's license address, this website is NOT the place to do it. I caught their charges of $3.99 and $19.99 immediately and called the credit card company to dispute the charges and close my account. I apparently was billed for a driver's license guide. BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM.
