I always believe when a business hides behind an email address and has no customer contact phone number that something is about to go wrong.
I Placed my order 15 days ago and currently no status update. I was sent a tracking # and for the last 15 days all it says is that "USPS is awaiting item". I sent 4 emails to Opensky with no reliable response, only what seem to be a computer generated reply.
This is by far the worst on-line experience I have encountered. Regardless of how attractive the purchase appears I caution you - DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE
