Ordered shoes on July 18, supposed to be here by end of July. Put off to end of August, no explanation. Put off til end of September, no explanation. Called today, Oct 21, chatted with Howard who didn't know anything who in turn connected me with Alex who didn't know anything. Seems like someone who works there and answers the help line would know something especially when my order is right in front of them. Proper training would be a huge tool in "online" information.
