Like everyone else we were looking for masks. Found this website. The mask looked good and the reviews were great. Ordered 5, out of that three were actually done right. Two of them were stitched wrong in the nose area. They took forever to get here and actually showed up before the tracking Information did. Side note it says that it's coming from Brooklyn but it's really coming from California.
Now some of us are older and have underlying conditions and we were looking for some of good quality and reusable. There is the adjustable nose piece, but when the nose area is stitched of to the side it doesn't fit right and if it doesn't fit right it's not going to offer the protection it's supposed to. Emailed the company, got an email back that sounded like they were going to replace the two masks. I sent pictures to show just how off they were. I emailed them back thanking them and telling I would be on the look out for the new tracking information. A few days go by and I don't receive any updates. So another email goes out. I get one back with a tracking number. It was the tracking for the ones that I already received. I told them the I thought they were going to send replacements, but I was told to just adjust it.
Now the fun begins. I want to leave a review on the product. But you can't, they let you write it like your actually leaving a review but it's never posted. I emailed them and asked why I couldn't leave a review and got back a "no sorry you can't ". That was it nothing else. Again just another company taking advantage of the situation.
So my advice to you, there are other places to get the same type of mask for the same price. Maybe even a little cheaper being that it's now been a little while and the panic is lessening. But I would make sure to look at the reviews and make sure that they are not all five star. Sounds to me like they made them all up themselves.
I hope this helps you and that it takes some business away from a company who just doesn't care about integrity or it's customers.

A zero on this review would be to much!

We hired Fence Millennium or Millennium fence from Orlando Florida. I guess it depends on how he is feeling that particular day. I got a raw deal or the sh** end of the stick. This guy is a snake in the grass off of Facebook and the good reviews. Then we gave him some money and that's when things too a crap. Been casing him for over a month. The fence isn't completed and what is done is not done correctly. I would have to pay someone else $2000 to come in and fix his screw ups. So at all costs avoid this man his first name is Claudio and he speaks Portuguese. And this was all going on when we were preparing for my daughter's wedding. Right up until 4 days before he keep messing with us. So please do yourself a favor stay away from this guy.

I live in an HOA community. The HOA uses my fees to hire this incompetent company to take care of the "common areas". On 9/1/18 they came and cut the grass behind my fenced property. The almost non-speaking guy got too close to my fence and ripped parts of the wood off and left gouges in others. He told me, the best he could, that he would be back on his lunch break, and he would fix it. It sounded like he didn't want his boss to know.
I tried calling, and left several messages, with no response. I contacted the head of our HOA, let her know what was going on and finally got a email form a Jayne. Jayne said that she got my calls and was out here to look at the damage, but that it could've been them because there would be tire marks on the fence and the whole panel would be down. I think he just didn't want to weed wack and got to close with their mower that the deck sits out farther then the tires. She offered to have someone come out and do an estimate to have the damage repaired. I told her I didn't want an estimate I just wanted it repaired. Let's face, I'm not responsible for cutting the grass back there so it wasn't me. After some back and forth, I told her that I just moved in February 2018 and have pictures where the fence was not ripped apart. Then I got and email that she would have someone out here to fix it. As of today, it is still ripped apart. They came back once to cut the grass and must have realized where they were and only made one pass and left. After that I think the total was about 7 weeks where the grass was nine inches tall that they actually came back and cut it.
So my advice to you anyone who reads this is that, even though there website is pretty, they cause damage they don't want to fix. Don't trust a company that says they are going to do something, doesn't, and then goes right back to ignoring you.

After the order was placed and paid for, we found out the couch was on back order. After many calls finally someone tells me this, and they pretty much had me. If I were to cancel the order I would have to pay. Dont use this company they are good at taking you money but not delivering.
