I ordered a Lost My Name book for each of my nieces and granddaughter. They were beautifully written and illustrated, were easy to order and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I won't hesitate to order from them again

I ordered some 10 ft lightning cables that were easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. However, they did not work with my iPad as expected. I reached out to customer service and they could not resolve the issue, so they refunded the total amount. I expected I'd get the run around and and be stuck with a product I didn't want. I will gladly order from this company again since they stand behind their products and are so pleasant to deal with in the event of an issue! 5 stars all the way
