My son spent MONTHS researching drones. We were sent a DEFECTIVE product and then given a run around. At first, no one answered my emails. Then, we were told to send a video of defect, along with picture of packaging for a refund, which we promptly did. No refund given. Next, we were told to send item back at cheapest possible shipping option. This has not at all been a positive or productive outcome. A refund was warranted and I have contacted Better Business Bureau. BUYER BEWARE.
