I purchased a memorial graveside cross. Both box and cross were delivered without damage. The seller e-mailed me proof of purchase with the tracking number. It was free shipping and arrived within 5 days. I am happy with my purchase. The cross is beautiful, sturdy and hand made.
No major problems. I do question some of the reviews because they often repeat themselves. I only choose sellers with high approval ratings. Returns/exchanges are easy.
Mostly positive experiences. Only once did something I order get lost during shipping. Walmart acknowledged the mistake and fixed it.
