Exceptional service. All servers are kind, friendly, and efficient, especially Sam. My favorite foods are the tri tip with roasted garlic and the Hive salad.

While talking with the hostess Chrystal, last evening I learned that they have a very low turnover in employees: most or all have been working there for the 5 years they have been open.

I have been purchasing Cutco from Michael La Master periodically for about 14 years. Recently Michael contacted me to see if I would like him to come by to sharpen my knives.

This is a free service that Cutco provides. They also guarantee their product and will replace any damaged knives, carving sets, etc.

While at my home sharpening my knives, Michael informed me that my utensils needed replacing, and that Cutco will pay for shipping them back to the factory and sending me new utensils.

Per appointment to meet him at the kiosk in Brea Mall, I recently brought in all of my Cutco. Michael packaged it up and mailed it back to the company.

Bad customer service. Brinks is a crooked and devious business!

If you have an issue (like the alarm going off for no reason) you will be on hold for a long time trying to get help (30 minutes plus). I pay a year in advance for monthly monitoring (pay for 11 months, get the 12th month free.) Last May I get a bill and the price went up significantly from $243 a year to $252! Subsequently I found another monitoring company.

I called brinks on May 28,2022 to cancel service. My yearly service was to end June 27,2022. The call was made in advance to my paid up service; the new service started June 8 and before the paid Brinks service ended.

Recently I checked my credit report (Dec. 2022) and I see that a collection company: Hillcrest and Davidson put a $47 amount on my credit report, that I owed. I had no idea what this was for, so I call them and they told me it was Brinks. It makes no sense. I have a statement dated June 16,2022 that I owe $47.49 (with a $5 late fee).

Stay away from this company. Even the rep I talked to said she hears my same complaint all the time.
