Whatever you do don't open an account here. You will be hung up on immediately if you have the wrong information or don't have it quick enough by the automatic system as soon as you call. All customer service is handled overseas and therefore extremely difficult to understand or will speak in circles until you are so frustrated with their lack of knowledge and help you just want to hang up. Please note this is extremely important! THEY DO NOT PROTECT YOUR ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU OPT IN TO BE PROTECTED. I have never heard of such a practice for a bank. My mothers card number was stolen and they never stopped the charges as the same company (Uber) was being charged over and over and over again. No alert, no questioning the charges. In order to get any help with this issue what so ever you have to written a letter explaining the charges and wait for them to investigate. THEIR UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG. OR HAVING TO DEAL WITH THE MOST MIND BOGGLING CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF THAT WILL ONLY LEAVE YOU FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTED EVERYTIME.
