I have been purchasing Cutco from Michael La Master periodically for about 14 years. Recently Michael contacted me to see if I would like him to come by to sharpen my knives. This is a free service that Cutco provides. They also guarantee their product and will replace any damaged knives, carving sets, etc. While at my home sharpening my knives, Michael informed me that my utensils needed replacing, and that Cutco will pay for shipping them back to the factory and sending me new utensils. Per appointment to meet him at the kiosk in Brea Mall, I recently brought in all of my Cutco. Michael packaged it up and mailed it back to the company. Michael's number is *******418
