I placed an order for a fuzzy pup protector for my couch. I had read you typically ship quickly, same day or within a couple days, and I would get an email when you ship. After 9 days, and no shipping notification, I emailed. No response. I emailed again just wanting to know the status of my order (*******), no reaponse. That isn't caring customer service. You were all about emailing me until I placed an order.
