I used to be a loyal customer and went to their stores any time I could. I even went so far as to get their store card, and I never get store cards. Their clothing was comfortable and I liked it. Then they closed down all their stores and went to online only and it went from being a good experience to profoundly horrific.
Your order will take months, if it arrives at all. And when you ask, you get the same answer "It's coming". Or "It's shipped".
And when you try to call and politely ask what's going on, you get treated like you're garbage. I worked call centers for years, so I'm always doing my best to be polite to call center workers, but this person was VERY impolite. She even swore at me and told me to just "deal with it" and hung up on me. When I called again, I got another very rude customer service rep and so I said "May I please speak with your supervisor?" She said NO and hung up.
If they still had their physical stores, I would simply deal with them, but at this point, I've cut ties with Catherines and I highly recommend all their customers doing the same and going to other stores such as Torrid. Shame, it was a good product, too.
