We booked a family vacation through Cancelon and when we arrived the hotel had no record of our reservation. Cancelon said they'd call us back in 5-10 mins and never called back. We had to call them. This is 100% shady and I would HIGHLY recommend NOT using this company. We are filing a report with the better business bureau. 6.5 hours later dealing with them and we have no where to stay. HORRIBLE!
