I had difficulty checking out because the shipping address had to be the same as the address associated with the credit card. That fact was not clear at the onset, and it is not where I had wanted the watch to be sent.
I finally re-registered the shipping information, using the credit card's address instead of the desired recipient's address, and the order finally went through.
The solution should have been to ask someone at TrueFacets to facilitate shipping my purchase to the address I intended.
It was impossible to reach someone on the phone however, because your "concierge" service was always busy, and no one responded to my chat inquiries.
