Unfortunately the lowest rating that can be given is one Star. Although their description on their website indicated I was ordering a Weber Model 7614 Rotisserie Kit for my Weber Grill, when delivered it was a cheap Chinese Universal Rotisserie Kit yet it was represented that the original price of around $130, which seemed like the correct price for a Weber OEM Rotisserie Kit, was "on Sale" for $99.00. This would have been a great deal for an OEM Weber unit! When delivered it was a cheap Chinese-made "universal-type" unit with a motor that seems like it MIGHT last a year. Turns out I could have purchased this unit on Amazon for $62.00! Without having to pay GrillPartsReplacement "Expedited Shipping fee". Amazon's delivery was free. Not only was the GrillPartsReplacement website description EXTREMELY deceptive, it was over-priced by nearly 50%. Very disappointed and embarrassed as this was a Christmas Gift! Buyer Beware!

After agreeing to provide an appraisal for a large Persian carpet, a "justanswer.com" expert"/representative contacted me by email after 14 hours (supposed to be 8 minutes!) she requested more information because she couldn't provide an answer after very precisely detailed informational description. She requested photos of the rug and a lot of other nonsense (I am a rug collector). Because I "engaged" this "expert" by responding to her request I was charged $48 before I had even received a second reply. Customer service was curt and rude and when I requested an immediate refund I was told that it wod take 5 days to process my refund. This is obviously an offshore operationthat is not a credible resource. STAY AWAY!
