A friend of mine made an account with my information, without my knowledge or consent. The best part of it is that I CANNOT GET THE PASSWORD TO HAVE IT TAKEN DOWN. My fiancé found it and now my relationship is in trouble.
I tried contacting someone to get help, but guess what... No one here cares. There's no one who can help. So now, I get to deal with the fact that someone is using my information to catfish people and NO ONE HERE WILL HELP FIX THE ISSUE. I've received THREATS because MY information is being using by someone on a dating site that doesn't give a sh*t.

Their dear Rep who has been on here doing damage control said it herself, everyone! To those of you who can't figure out /why / your profiles were taken down, THEY DON'T NEED A REASON.
If someone's just having a bad day, apparently they can take down your profile. Don't like your name? They can take it down. Don't like your schedule? They can take it down. Gender? They can take it down. Race/Religion? They can take it down.
There are no checks and balances in this company. It's clear the wrong people are running things. Though it would help explain why I almost only saw Christian Caucasian caregivers being successful. Something you want to explain, Kristen S?

While we view these as important initial steps, they are only preliminary checks and do not catch everything; the best safety precautions are the ones you take, which is why we offer several background checks and suggest to always maintain the initial contact within Care.com so we can monitor any suspicious activity.
