I asked to the account to be closed as I never used it and did it in the first three days. The refused in writing to cancel or refund. So I lost $200.

Sad business model. Very poor ethics.

Hello Brian,

The problem is that you didn't read our EULA, which clearly says that our product is intangible and unencrypted. So, we cannot refund you once you got access to the source code. You got access to the code and your site was installed - canadian... com. There are instances when some of our customers change their mind right after placing the order, at the stage when they didn't download anything. In this case, we refund them in full without any questions because they didn't download anything. You could have requested an extendible free trial to make sure you get what you want; in addition, we offer free guidance to our trial users. In other words, we do our best to provide our potential customers with as much information as they need to make an informed decision. We don’t want refunds that’s why we never talk our customers into purchasing our products.

By the way, you didn't lose 200 USD because you paid us 156.00 USD.
