Shopping is a breeze, and I'm a repeat customer. Checkout was a little wonky -- a bit confusing that Address1 and Address2 both fill in and Address1 showed a NOTE that P.O. Box is unavailable. It took me a while to figure out that this message didn't mean I had entered an address interpreted as a P.O. Box; it meant that P.O. Boxes aren't accepted.
Also, my debit card was declined but no reason was given -- there were sufficient funds and I'd just used my card, so why did it get declined?

When you order online, there's always a surprise when the product finally gets there -- fabric, length, style, etc., look different in person than online. Happily, Azzlee did a better-than-expected job presenting the clothes I ordered in the online catalogue -- I read the info on their site about the fabrics used and the measurement definitions and scale, and I got pretty much what I expected based on that information. To me, that's a win!
I was looking for a certain style of capri length pants, and it was among the options Google served up. I picked Azzlee because, honestly, it look more like an established business with the kind of emarketing that doesn't creep you out or scare you off. The site's organized, clean, and fast -- a great experience.
