On 31 August 2020 I ordered $141.050 worth of fly tying feathers from Feather Emporium, On 1 Aug 2020 I received PayPal confirmation where they took the payment from my Credit Card and said my order just shipped along with a shipping conformation number. It's the 19th of August 2020 and have not received my order. Sent Dave of Feather Emporium Email on 13 Aug 2020 inquiring about status of order and included PayPal Transaction # and Emporium Invoice # - NO RESPONSE. Also on 13 Aug contacted Post Office who issued Mailing Label and was informed NO PACKAGE RECEIVED with for mailing. Sent another Email on 16 Aug 2020 and attached PayPal conformation response Email and Emporium Invoice asking status of order and a response. Again NO Response. Called his number *******220 to day, 19 Aug, and no answer - Sorry Voice Mail Box Full and can take more messages. This is the second time now over the years I've had problems with Feather Emporium and missing orders. Never again will I order from this outfit. Advise every one to avoid this outfit if at all possible. Boyd B.
