I purchased a robe from this site and after 2 weeks of waiting, I received a very tiny parcel but not with the product I purchased. They sent me a pair of really ugly glasses! I contacted them and they said it was a mistake and low and behold, they said it was a mistake, but they were offering to refund me 30% of what I paid to keep the glasses since the robe is out of stock. Today is August the 13th, and the robe is still on the website and is still being sold. It is obvious that it is not sold out. Furthermore, I have been trying to contact customer service for the past couple of days and they have yet tried to contact me back to resolve the issue! Do not buy from this site! You will only be scammed!
