Hello, first I would like to say I typed in lace front wigs & the wigs came up, I purchased four wigs two of them are not lace front so that's false advertising because I noticed after I paid, it said capless wig & I didn't ask for capless I asked for lace so why is capless wigs in the same category as lace! Second I paid for 2-3 days expedited shipping & I ordered on may 20,2017 still have not received my wigs, that's false advertising because light in the box charge all this extra money for shipping, I should receive my order when it says before I purchased wigs not what they say after you paid & it even still say processing but didn't have a problem taking my money fast, so why can't I receive my wigs fast, I am highly upset because I'm in a wedding in a few days & I don't have my wigs, I would have never ordered from this site if I would not have my wigs in 2-3 business days, I'm in total disappointed about this & if I don't receive wigs refund me ASAP, I'm going 2 contact better business bureau, as well as open a case with my card with the fraud department. Light in the box claim they cancelled my order & I'll be refunded & it takes longer for my refund to go back to my account because where it came from, that's a lie again because it's all done electronically that is why I made sure I made copies of everything so that I am able to file a claim against this company because it is not ok to go around scamming people out of there money!
