Not Worth The Trouble. Lackadaisical Customer Service.

The ordering process is clumsy and somewhat defective. If there is a problem with creating your account, you won't be notified. If there is a problem with your order you won't be notified. Presumably, you could go for days before figuring out (on your own) that your order won't be fulfilled. Such occured in my case.

For those lucky enough to acquire per their order, great. But I would bet a bunch of folks don't get what they were after. And one more point... if they screw up (which in my case they did), they won't apologize, they won't try to fix the issue. Heck, they won't even offer. Hence my use of the word "Lackadaisical" above. They just don't seem to care. I find this to be true of a number of California companies I've dealt with recently.

So if vanity is your thing and worth the ridiculous hassle, go for it. Myself, there are other more important fish to fry. This company gets the boot, in my opinion.

Hi BJ, I think that I have located your ticket in our system and will attempt to reach out to you to see if there's anything we can do to help. It appears that your order may have been delayed due to our security procedures. If that is the case, we are working to make this better and apologize that you were impacted negatively by this.

For the product itself, I rate it between 4 and 5 stars. The model we ordered installed flawlessly and has worked well for the last couple of months. No regrets whatsoever with purchasing it.

My issue is with the Sales Department; incompetent, rude, lazy and in the areas that count - liars. In my case, we finalized the purchase agreement based on a future delivery point and installation. By the way, the installers, if you use the company installers, were pretty awesome and you should choose them if possible.

To continue. The delivery point. I specified a future delivery point, as in "do not deliver until a date two weeks from now". Real simple. Nope. They fulfilled the order the next day with the product about to be delivered to an empty residence. They didn't notify me of shipping. I learned about it via due diligence and made every attempt to stop/reschedule the delivery. The "Sales" department lied to me regarding the status and when I pressed them, they came clean with the story but then made every effort to push the responsibility for correct delivery on me, which I refused since I was paying THEM for it. The person trying to do this was a T. J. Sell, Sales Manager.

Eventually, the product was delivered but not without nearly a dozen phone calls to "T. J.". The interaction was not without real anger at his treatment of us, particularly when he tried to blame the misdelivery on COVID (really?). Somehow a disease was responsible for his failure to stay on top of the order fulfillment process to ensure the $2000+ order was correctly handed over to shipping (FedEx). "T. J." also attempted (several times) to pick a fight with me over the phone, a form of intimidation that was easy to ignore.

So, if you're buying this product, you can sleep well knowing it's well-crafted. But -- it's highly advised you hold the Sales Department's feet to the fire EVERY STEP OF THE WAY... follow-up with them by phone every day... take detailed notes of date, time, and what was discussed. The Sales Department WILL find a way to disappoint if you're not careful. Get everything discussed in writing. Be particularly wary if you end up speaking with T. J. Sell; he's a major headache Excedrin can't fix.

OK folks... here's a little about these people. CBT Nuggets LLC is a web-based computer training company out of Eugene, Oregon.
After calling CBTNuggets to provide customer feedback about their subnetting course, they immediately (drop of hat) cancelled my account, blocked my landline AND blocked my cell phone number.
Now --- how they did that I'll never know since I never called them using my cell. But a support call to my wireless provider created more questions (waay more) than answers.
I would characterize CBTNuggets as pure evil. The customer support was so far left of "politically correct" (as if possible) as to be approaching dangerous.
They refused to take any customer feedback (ANY)... constantly spoke over me, took points of discussion WAAY out of context and used THAT to create points for them to create arguments. When I said I would be calling back again to speak with someone else that could give better customer service, I was told that I was harassing them & that my account would be immediately cancelled. They also blocked my landline & cell-phone. Again, how they blocked the cell without my ever calling them with that device is a mystery.
The people at CBTNuggets behaved in a neo-fascist way and I would characterize their customer support as nearly Gestapo (brainwashed/cult-ish) with how they listen and work with customers. This company is as close to EVIL... true EVIL as I have ever seen in my life.
If these people were your neighbors, you would move into a Church and pray for protection and deliverance.
