I have had 6 positive dealings with this online dealer over the years including reimbursement of a returned item but my most recent transaction leads me to believe that they are just selling inventory without dealing with customer service
I purchased a pair of stockings that didn't fit I sent them an email through their site with a 2-3 week delayed response I went through their protocol for returning the item 4mo ago and no reimbursement or response to emails regarding the returned item
It appears that the company is going out of business clearing inventory
