I wish musicians friend would be honest and upfront about stock availability and shipping. I've run into numerous issues with them stating an item is in stock only to find out it s back ordered for months. Simply put, if it s not available per advertisement it should not be posted as available. This is a deceptive practice. They shouldn't put a pend on your charge card if they can't process something. I've seen back orders for 3 months. Sales people are trained to always say, it may be shipped next week. They are clueless as their entire ordering system has become a cluster of errors, delays and broken promises. Their online ordering system is rigged with problems as coupon codes, points and advertised discounts do not seem to be applied. It took me 4 tries to have it corrected. I've also been double charged as the items in the cart mysteriously doubled. I was glad I had caught it quickly. I no longer want to deal with musicians friend as loyalty means nothing to tgem.
