“6 weeks since I returned jewelry and still no refund”

I purchased over $1000 in jewelry in the last few months. I returned 2 items which were received before the end of October 2023. Were 1/2 way into December 2023, still no refund. I've emailed them 8x, they say no problem, still nothing. One of the rings I purchased and wore about 3 days lost the stone today.

Nothing is getting accomplished.

My coworker and her friends recommended it.
